In Tinta
This campaign was developed to launch the Ceramica Cir collection ‘In Tinta’. Featuring 20 colour tones, enhanced by a wide range of decorations and trims, the collection focuses specifically on the use of colour and texture.
Three clearly linked advert designs (appropriately mixed) were published over the course of 2005 in the major trade and interior design journals in Italy and abroad.
A single design layout was adopted, which was common to the three variants and inspired by the base concept (i.e. that a splash of colour can make all the difference). Each with slightly different techniques and end results.
The artistic choices, therefore, represent the graphic expression of the core concept behind the entire collection: simple stylised pen drawings of houses placed one next to the other, with no colours and therefore no distinguishing features; one house stands out from the rest though - the only one with colour, the one decorated with “In tinta”.
“Happy colours make the difference” was the claim adopted to accompany the advertising project. It was intended to highlight the importance of colour in the creation of a unique design, emphasizing its fundamental role in the custom approach to interior design.
